real time web browser based seismograph for earthquakes and other seismic events displayed in near real time. Seismic data is collected with a raspberry pi data logger stored and displayed in a temporary mysql database for displaying and all raw data is saved locally only
The online seismograph, on this site, is based on a Longet, 4.5Hz, 3-Component sensor and is located in an enclosure in my barn. I am using a PSN-ADC24 4-Channel 24-Bit AD converter to read the three geophone's data. The seismograph displays seismic events in real-time. By clicking on the boxes in the upper right, lower left, and lower right of this web page, you can view recorded events, and see the seismograph in real-time. If you have any questions or remarks about this site, feel free to contact me.
